Ordering Parts On The Phone
When ordering parts, we need to know the following:
- Model and serial number of unit
- Manufacturer's name
- Voltage and phase, if electric
- LP or natural gas
Returns & Restocking Charges
Returns may not be made without permission and must be made within 30
days of purchase. Special order merchandise will be subject to a restocking
charge.
Payment Terms
Food Service Equipment accepts cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, American
Express, and Discover. Terms for established accounts are Net 30 days
after the date of invoice. Special order items will require a deposit.
Our salespeople can review individual circumstances and sometimes provide
alternative sources of financing.
Warranties
Warranties on any merchandise purchased from us are limited to the written
warranties given by the manufacturers of the merchandise. There are no
other warranties extended or implied by our company. In any event, we
cannot be responsible for special or consequential damages, direct or
indirect, arising from the use of or the inability to use the merchandise.
Sales Tax
We collect sales taxes ONLY in Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, North
Carolina, and Florida.
